Introduce students to the positions of classical ballet while helping them to develop body awareness, rhythm, flexibility, coordination, and confidence

BALLET

Focus on developing a solid ballet technique with correct body placement, proper use of turn out, and coordination of the upper body

POINTE

Utilize ballet technique while working in pointe shoes through barre exercises, center floor work, and across the floor combinations
